A place not so remote its difficult to find, but far enough to provide a warm, friendly atmosphere for that special event, or the quiet, thought-provoking atmosphere needed for meetings or seminars?
The Three Rivers Memorial Building is a functional, single story structure able to accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 525 guests, and can be used for different types of events and gatherings such as:	Weddings Wedding Receptions Birthday Celebrations Anniversary Celebrations Seminars Company Retreats & Meetings
Pricing Schedule: The Three Rivers Memorial Building may be rented for an eight-hour period for an established fee, with an additional 10% rental charge for each hour over eight hours. The following schedule is based on specific building use requirements and includes a $200.00 Security/Cleaning deposit: Entire Building $560.00 Small Room, Bar, and Kitchen $365.00 Auditorium and Kitchen, NO Bar $480.00 Auditorium, NO Bar or Kitchen $400.00 Small Room, NO Bar or Kitchen $300.00 * Rental includes set-up and take-down of the tables and chairs. The following services and/or supplies are available at an additional cost. Outdoor Barbecue $ 25.00 Posting of the Event on Outdoor Sign (2 week max) $ 2.00 per day Table covers $ .50 each Table service furnished $20 per hour for dishwashing Practices, rehearsals, or decorating (maximum 4 hours) $ 10.00 per hour * Practices, rehearsals or decorating may be done the day of, or before, an event, if the building is not in use.	Deposit: A $200.00 Security/Cleaning Deposit must be paid at the time the event is booked to guarantee the event date requested. The remaining rental fee must be received no later than 45 days prior to the event date. Refund: If the event is canceled at least 45 days prior to the event date, the full deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is within 45 days of the event, a $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged. After the event, the deposit, minus deductions, if any, for breakage, damage loss, additional rentals, cleaning or sign charge, will be refunded. Security Guard: Adequate security must be arranged for by the renter from a recognized, licensed security agency (one security guard for each 75 persons).
